The travelers can board Tata Sumos/ Taxi and bus from the Raghunath Mandir, Jammu, Srinagar and Pahalgam bus stand.
The taxi from Jammu to Pahalgam (315km) charges Rs 4000 to 6000 which can also be bargained by the pilgrims on request.
From Jammu to Baltal(400km+ 14 km to cave), it’s a 6 hours journey which can be availed at the price tags of RS 4000 to Rs 6000. The bus charges comparatively less amount than taxis.
From Pahalgam to Chandanwari the distance is 16.3 km which is covered by taxi. The taxi can be booked at Pahalgam taxi stand.
